Certified Irish Moiled Beef comes exclusively from fully registered, pedigree Irish Moiled cattle. Every animal is verified, traceable and reared in accordance with defined breed standards established to protect genetic authenticity and ensure genuine provenance from herdbook to plate.

Irish Moiled cattle are slow-grown, hardy and naturally suited to life outdoors. This traditional, low-input system produces beef with depth of flavour, fine marbling and true character — reflecting both the breed and the landscape in which it is reared.
