Returns & Refunds (Local Delivery)
Perishable goods (beef)
Because beef is a perishable product, we do not accept returns on fresh or frozen beef once it has been delivered. However, if there is a problem with your order — such as damage, spoilage, or an incorrect item — please contact us as soon as possible on the day of delivery at moo@moilies.com and we will make it right.
For local deliveries, we ask that you check your order at the time of delivery wherever possible.
Non-perishable goods (candles & cooking tallow)
We offer a 30-day return policy on non-perishable items such as candles and cooking tallow.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

unused and unopened

in their original packaging

accompanied by proof of purchase
To request a return, please contact us at moo@moilies.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how to return the item. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order on delivery and let us know immediately if anything is damaged, incorrect, or not as expected. We deal with issues fairly and promptly and want you to be happy with your order.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on:

perishable goods, including beef

custom or special orders

sale items

gift cards

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If a return is approved for a non-perishable item, the fastest way to receive a replacement is to place a new order once your refund has been processed.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
For non-perishable goods delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.
This cooling-off period does not apply to perishable goods such as food.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
