Shipping & Local Delivery

We deliver locally and aim to get your order to you within 10 days, stock permitting. If there’s ever a delay, we’ll let you know — we don’t like surprises any more than you do.

Once your order is ready, we’ll email you at least 24 hours in advance with a 90-minute delivery window, so you know exactly when to expect us. If the proposed time doesn’t suit, just get in touch — we’re very happy to rearrange delivery where possible.

If you’re not going to be home, we’re happy to leave your beef in a designated safe place that you specify in advance. Please note that once your order has been delivered, it becomes the customer’s responsibility to ensure it is stored correctly and kept in good condition.
