Alongside our beef, we sell offal and carefully render the tallow, using it both for traditional cooking and for making small-batch, artisanal candles. This approach reduces waste, honours the life of the animal, and reflects a way of farming that values skill, care, and resourcefulness. It’s a slower, more thoughtful process — rooted in respect, practicality, and the belief that every part has worth.
