The Beef Barn is our self-serve, on-farm honesty shop where you can buy Irish Moiled beef directly from the farm.

There’s no counter and no staff on duty — just good beef, clear instructions and trust. It’s a simple system that only works because people choose to do the right thing.

How the Honesty Shop Works

1. Shop at your own pace
   Come in, browse the freezer and choose the cuts you’d like. Everything is clearly labelled.
   
2. Add it up
   Write your total on the payment sheet provided. Prices are kept simple so it’s quick and easy.
   
3. Pay in a way that suits you
   You can pay by:
   - Cash
   - Bank transfer
   - Card using the QR code
   
4. Bag it and go
   Take a bag, close the door behind you and enjoy your beef at home.
