Pre-ordering beef

Plan ahead for the cuts that sell first

Some cuts never linger for long. Our ribeye, sirloin and tomahawks are particularly popular and often sell out quickly — sometimes before the animal is even butchered.

To avoid disappointment, we offer a simple pre-ordering and waiting list system for customers who want to secure specific cuts.

Waiting list for popular cuts

If you’re looking for sirloin, ribeye, or another high-demand cut, we can add you to our waiting list. When beef becomes available, we’ll contact customers on the list in order. Joining the waiting list doesn’t commit you to a purchase, but it does give you priority access when stock allows.

Fresh beef pre-orders

Most beef in the Beef Barn is frozen to ensure availability and flexibility. We also understand that some customers prefer fresh beef, so we offer pre-orders for fresh cuts, subject to availability.

  • Fresh beef is prepared following butchery
  • Collection is available from 7.30pm on Thursday
  • Orders can be collected up to Friday evening
  • Fresh orders must be arranged in advance and are stock-dependent
