Subscription Policy

Moyletra Moileds – The Moilie Monthly

1. Overview

The Moilie Monthly is a rolling beef subscription. By subscribing, you agree to recurring billing and delivery in line with the terms below.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless paused or cancelled.

2. Billing

Subscriptions are charged automatically on the same date each month (or selected delivery frequency).

Payments are processed securely through Shopify at the time of renewal.

You will receive confirmation of each successful payment.

If payment fails, we will attempt to process it again. If unsuccessful, your subscription may be paused until payment is resolved.

3. Dispatch & Delivery

Subscription boxes are dispatched twice monthly in line with our butchery schedule.

Your first box will be prepared following your subscription date and delivered within 5–7 days of payment.

Future boxes are charged automatically and dispatched in the next scheduled delivery window.

Delivery is available across Northern Ireland for £6. Collection from The Beef Barn at our farm is available by arrangement.

4. Managing Your Subscription

You may pause, skip or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account.

Changes must be made before your next billing date.

Once a payment has been processed, that month’s order cannot be cancelled.

There are no contracts or minimum term commitments.

5. Box Contents

Each Moilie Monthly box is carefully balanced in line with whole-carcass butchery.

Cuts may vary slightly month to month depending on availability and seasonality. This ensures responsible use of the animal and consistent quality.

6. Fresh & Frozen Products

We aim to supply fresh, dry-aged beef wherever possible.

Occasionally, certain cuts may be frozen on the day of butchery to protect quality and reduce waste. All frozen items are vacuum packed and clearly labelled.

7. Returns & Refunds

As our products are perishable, we cannot accept returns once dispatched.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will resolve the matter promptly.
