A carefully balanced monthly subscription box of heritage Irish Moiled beef, reared slowly and aged for flavour. 

Each box includes:
• A roasting joint
• Two premium steaks

The Moilie Monthly subscription brings heritage Irish Moiled beef from our farm to your kitchen each month. A guaranteed monthly box, thoughtfully balanced and consistent in quality, with priority access to limited cuts.

Certified Irish Moiled Beef

Certified Irish Moiled beef, grass-fed and slow-grown for natural marbling and depth of flavour.

Our cattle are reared on our family farm and finished carefully to protect eating quality.

Fresh or Frozen?

We aim to supply fresh beef wherever possible.

Occasionally, some cuts may be frozen on the day of butchery to protect quality and reduce waste. Most frozen cuts are vacuum packed and clearly labelled. Burgers and sausages are bagged.

Delivery

Subscription boxes are dispatched twice monthly in line with our butchery schedule.

Your first box will be delivered within 3–7 days of payment. Future boxes are charged automatically on the same date each month and delivered in the next dispatch window.

Delivery across Northern Ireland is £6. Collection from The Beef Barn is also available by arrangement.

Our sausages and burgers are made using potato starch and are gluten-free.

They contain no artificial colours, nitrites or preservatives.

From Our Farm

Our Irish Moiled cattle are reared slowly on our family farm along the North Coast, where they graze naturally and grow at their own pace.

By prioritising welfare and time, we produce beef with real depth of flavour and beautiful natural marbling.
