Do your sausages and burgers contain gluten?
No. Our sausages and burgers are made using potato starch and are gluten-free. They also contain no nitrites, artificial colourings, or preservatives.
Will my order be fresh or frozen?
We aim to supply beef fresh when we can, but this isn’t always possible. When needed, beef is frozen on the day of butchery and vacuum-packed to lock in freshness and quality.
Delivery & Pickup
We offer doorstep delivery across Northern Ireland for £6, with a minimum order value of £30.
Alternatively, you can collect your order free of charge from The Beef Barn at our farm.
If you choose collection, we’ll be in touch to arrange a convenient pickup time.
