How to cook Irish Moiled beef
Irish Moiled beef is more closely grained and tightly textured than standard beef. It benefits from careful cooking and proper resting — take your time and let the meat relax and the flavour will speak for itself.
Do your sausages and burgers contain gluten?
No. Our sausages and burgers are made using potato starch and are gluten-free. They also contain no nitrites, artificial colourings, or preservatives.
Will my order be fresh or frozen?
We aim to supply beef fresh when we can, but this isn’t always possible. When needed, beef is frozen on the day of butchery and vacuum-packed to lock in freshness and quality.
Delivery and collection
We offer doorstep delivery across Northern Ireland for £6, with a minimum order value of £30.
You can also collect your order free of charge from The Beef Barn at our farm.
Alternatively, we offer a Belfast collection option through Indie Füde on selected dates.
If you choose collection, we’ll be in touch to confirm details after your order is placed.
